AJLglobal ltd was founded by Andy Low. His consumer products and publishing background in International Marketing and General Management helps to deliver a broad based Coaching,  Interim Management and Consulting service in both functional and 'C' level roles up to International Managing Director.  Two separate spells working and living in the USA at Vice President level has also provided Andy with a strong understanding of the US market. Additional experience was also gained in a B2B dotcom and in the FMCG and Advertising/Media sector.

Ongoing coaching work includes acting as a Career Transition Coach with LHHPenna, the UK's leading executive outplacement and human capital company. Andy has completed an International Coaching Federation development course in Professional Coaching Skills, which has broadened his skills and coaching presence. Andy has over 1000 hours of coaching experience with LHHPenna and additional clients.

Past Interim roles cover MD level as well as functional roles in membership growth, business and strategy development. Consulting projects include working with clients in Russia and Holland.

Recent experience at Associate Director level as an interim recruiter with Russam GMS has broadened Andy's knowledge of the options available in the job market.

Andy's breadth and depth of experience and knowledge will ensure a strong contribution to your company growth and development.

In 1999 Andy founded The Executive Network (TEN), a Director level and above network, now with 500+ members. TEN focuses on mutual business and networking support to this level of executive and has excellent contacts in the business, politics and recruitment arenas to aid any needs for job seacrh support. TEN has now been rebranded as XTEND The Executive Network.. Pro Bono work includes projects with Buckinghamshire Community Services.

Andy is currently Chairman and Trustee of the Gerrards Cross branch of the Foundation for Job Seekers, a charity with 4 branches  in Bucks & Berks, who provide free outplacement services to managers.
